Common mistake when buying PVC lay flat hose

1.Most people due to conventional thinking . All think that the thicker hose is better. In fact the difference between the quality and thickness is not big.

But related to the use of material. Even thickness is thicker that if using the recycling material will not achieve durable effect. The inferior hose on the uneven road surface friction easily grinding the outer plastic raw materials,  so that can produce water trachoma, toughness is very poor, it is easy to break, so just look thick, actually not on the abrasion resistance and toughness.

2.Reinforced layer: the difference between cotton thread and high-strength polyester filament yarn, the general price is more favorable for cotton or large chemical fiber, and the pressure capacity of the hose is relatively small.

High-strength polyester filament is better under pressure. Prepare the layers of thick, though cannot be decided to take a job pressure, soft but the hose lining alternated can reflect the lining material quality problem, the same hose if lining hose is relatively thin and also can guarantee the normal use, so that means the quality of the lining hose is better.
