GOLDSIONE adopts the one-step molding method to produce PVC lay flat hose. The reinforcement thread layer and the inner and outer PVC layer are combined together at one time. Once extruded, they are formed in one time.
The combination of thread reinforcements and an inseparably fused inner and outer PVC wall makes these hoses resistant to most oxidizing and reducing agents as well as diluted acids and alkalis. The features also help to avoid the onset of rotting and helps avoid abrasion, that means the lifespan of a lay flat hose is very long. These features allow the hose to be better used in high-pressure environments too.
