PVC hose usage notes

1. Precautions for use of PVC hose:
Do not use non-food hoses to produce or process food products, supply drinking water and cook or wash food. The hose should be used above its minimum bending radius. When the hose is applied to powder and particle, please enlarge its bending radius as far as possible to reduce the possible wear and tear on the hose.
In the vicinity of metal parts, do not use in extremely curved state.
Please do not contact the hose directly or near the open flame.
Please do not use rolling pipes such as vehicles.
When cutting steel wire reinforced hose and composite steel fiber reinforced hose, the exposed steel wire will cause harm to people, please pay special attention to it.
Two, PVC hose assembly matters needing attention:
Please choose metal fittings suitable for hose size and their fittings.
When inserting the fish scale trough part of the joint into the hose, oil should be applied to the hose and fish scale trough part. Do not use fire to roast. If it can not be inserted, use hot water to heat the hose and insert it.
Three, PVC hose inspection matters needing attention:
Before using the hose, make sure that there are any abnormalities in the appearance of the hose (trauma, hardening, softening, discoloration, etc.); during the normal use of the hose, be sure to carry out regular monthly inspection.
The service life of hose is largely influenced by the characteristics, temperature, velocity and pressure of fluid. When abnormal signs are found during pre-operation inspection and periodic inspection, please stop using immediately, repair or replace new hoses.
