Determination of pvc garden hoses

The minimum length of specimen PVC garden hose does not include end pipe joints. It should be 5 times the nominal diameter of PVC garden hose, or the length of 1 m. If the length is less than 1 m, the whole PVC garden hose or PVC garden hose combination is selected.
Test procedure
A method
Put the PVC garden hose on a plane as flat as possible, plug the end of the PVC garden hose with a metal plug to keep it from leaking, and insert a solid ball into the PVC garden hose. Then the open end of the PVC garden hose is connected to a vacuum pump with a vacuum meter. Within 60 seconds, the internal pressure of the PVC garden hose is lowered to the prescribed test pressure. And keep this pressure not less than 10min.
While maintaining the test pressure, check whether the outside of the PVC garden hose is depressed or collapsed, then tilt the test PVC garden hose so that the solid ruler ball passes through the whole PVC garden hose, and check whether the PVC garden hose has any obstacles due to internal deformation.
B method
A sealing plug made of transparent material is installed at one end of the PVC garden hose. One end of the sealing plug is connected to a vacuum pump with a vacuum meter. Within 60 seconds, the internal pressure of the PVC garden hose is lowered to the test pressure value for military assistance and the pressure should not be less than 10 minutes for maintaining the pressure in the cliff.
While maintaining the test pressure, check the total situation in PVC garden hose by transparent plate, and check whether the outer part of PVC garden hose is depressed or collapsed.
